How do you practice self-care?
One of the ways I practice self-care is trying to time for myself every two weeks to go get a manicure and pedicure. It gets a little price every two weeks but it’s something that makes me feel good every time I get it done.
I am the same, I go every three to four weeks! It is a treat for me and I feel pretty 🤩 and polished ✨💅
