So many times we get struck in the wheel of life. Get up each morning, take a shower, go to work, eat dinner, spend time with the fam, go to sleep and repeat the next day. It is those times we forget easily that each moment in our life is precious. We aren’t promised tomorrow. So tonight I hope you kiss your love ones and remember today might be your last. Hug I wish I could hug people a lot more. Studies show that spending 30 seconds in a hug daily prolongs your life and makes you happier.

Today
Today has been an extremely busy day for me. I am working on like 4 different projects. I would like to say that keeping as busy as I am now, does distract me from feeling anything. Which I would like to say is a good thing for the moment. Sometimes the best way to keep from thinking or dwelling on something is to keep busy. So if you are having a rough day just remember you aren’t alone. Many feel the way you feel. Just try to focus on one blessing today. One victory no matter how small it may be. Thoughts at 2am
We are reminded once in a while to take a step back and remember no matter how bad things are for us they could always be worse. We think we suffer but true suffering like being tortured, beaten or even starving exists while we complain about little things that annoy us. In the end we should always be grateful for what we have, not what we don’t. Does it minimize our own pain I don’t believe so. I think by saying life is short just enjoy it, does belittle your own pain. But there is a grain of truth in the statement. Life is short and we don’t get much time here why spend it on things that cannot be changed. I do love with all that I am but sometimes some people and somethings are not worth the pain or even the time to care. Let it go it’s not worth chasing something not worth your time. Don’t waste time on things or people that aren’t worthy of being with you. Let it go. ~Emma~

Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do it. Take that as the motivation that you need to change your direction. Remember the greatest fight isn’t with others but yourself. Prove them all wrong! Don’t ever give up keep going. Keep believing in yourself.
