? Daily what ?

I know I am loving person. I try and go out of my way to be a kind individual. I know we each are fighting our own internal battle. Sometimes I even find myself going down the rabbit hole of why do we have to go through all this. The mundane things in life, getting up each morning, working all day, eating, bathing and heading to bed to sleep. Why do we have to do all these things? I know how easy it is to ask why, but you won’t get an answer. Many try to tell you what to do or how to feel, these are things that I think pretty much everyone has asked. Honestly I don’t think anyone knows the real answer. I guess today I am feeling a little curious to find out what others think. I know I can’t be the only one that feels that way. Or even questioning why do we have to continue doing the same exact things daily. But I guess these are things we will not know. Either way I hope you have a blessed day. ~Emma~

Know the difference

The best person to be around is someone that listens to you. Someone that accepts you and your crazy ways. One that still takes the extra time to let you know they will always be there for you no matter what. One that you never feel that you are constantly letting down by being yourself. If you find someone like that hold on to them. Because not everyone you meet will be that way in life. You will find many that will judge, cast stones, speak to you like you are stupid and dumb. Those are the ones you avoid. Because those people aren’t friends they are enemies learn the difference. ~Emma~

Share a story about someone who had a positive impact on your life.

My mother was poor growing up but still loved her life. She looks back at all of it as a magical memory. Which has taught me that being poor or being rich doesn’t make life magical or beautiful. Finding time to spend with your family the memories you make with them have shaped how I view life. I am extremely lucky I get to have those close to me and make memories each days with them. It is truly impacted how I view worth in life. I would rather spend dinner night chatting with my sister at not the most fancy restaurant yet being together makes each moment the greatest.

Happy Mother’s Day

There are many things that be grateful for. On Friday I spoke about not knowing the love of man or knowing how to love in a relationship with a man. With that all said my mom is a superhero. My mother has shown me unconditional love. She has shown me sacrifice, she has taught me the unconditional love that only a mother can give. She has shown me that no matter how much I am wrong or mess up, she will always love me. She has shown me what it is to give your heart and never get what you give in return. A mother’s love is unlike any other love. It is unchanging, it is stronger than anything in life. A mother is one that is willing to give everything to her child and only wants the best for her child. My mother is the best example of what a mom truly is. Though she might disagree with a lot of my life choices, she has always supported me. Mom, I might not say it enough but you are truly an inspiration and I hope I can be half of the amazing woman you are. You are my superhero and you are my rock. Words can never express how much I love you and how much you are appreciated. Always ~Emma~

Happy Mother’s Day to all you amazing Mom’s out there. I hope you have a beautiful blessed day.

Changing my mood

I wish I woke up in a better mood but I am not in a good mood. Unfortunately my mood has been sour but I am trying to change that. Spending some time listening to music, meditate and going to spend my day praying to God. It is through that I will get into a better mood. So I hope your day is blessed with lots of good positive thoughts. ~Emma~

Change how you see the world.

Woke up this morning feeling good. Grateful to be alive and grateful for sleeping all night. It is extremely important that we are always grateful and practice gratitude. Life is hard it isn’t easy. Each day can be extremely tough on our minds, hearts and soul. But we must also learn to be grateful for the small things in life that bring us joy. The practice of gratitude is something that is small but can change how we see our world. Learning to focus our energy on something as little as being grateful for what we have and not we don’t have changes us. It changes our perspective on how we see the world and how we see our life. I hope today you have a beautiful blessed day. Stay strong you are not alone. ~Emma~

Mental Health Awareness Month

As Mental Health Awareness Month begins, I hope everyone finds time to reach across to someone who might be in need of help. Just call a friend, check in see how they are doing. Sometimes kindness goes a long way so please again just reach out to your neighbors, friends or family. It’s okay to not be okay. You are not alone. Have a blessed day. ~Emma~

Have a blessed weekend

I know what I say doesn’t really matter to many people but this week has been very disheartening for me. Watching people losing their jobs(Tucker), rejoicing in a divorce(Steven Crowder) and finding some sort of sick pleasure in being right. While these things might seem trivial to some it has weighed on my heart. Not because of the actions of the individuals this has happened to but the people responding to these events. I used to think people can be cruel but held onto hope. But this week I was reminded that maybe there isn’t hope for a future. Maybe our time has come to end on this planet and it will all be over soon. I want to believe people can still be good and kind but the more I see people behave the less I believe humans are capable of being good at all. I take comfort in knowing that Jesus Christ died for this very reason. We aren’t good, we are all bad and it is through the blood of Jesus Christ that we will truly be made clean. I no longer think man can redeem themselves at all. The darkness chocking this earth is too great and instead of fighting it, many have just surrendered to it. Allowing themselves to become part of the darkness, part of the sin. They revel in its power and enjoy condemning others while not even looking at themselves in the mirror. None of us are good and we are all hypocrites but there is a difference between having pleasure in your sin and having remorse. I will not call on Christians or anyone else out because in the end we are each responsible for our own journey and what we did on this earth with our time. I do pray that this Sabbath many take time to be in the Presence of God. Not dwelling on others but asking God to change the sinfulness we carry. Instead of being the ugliest parts of the human race we become the beautiful things God created. Ask God to fill your heart with His love, His Holy Spirit and that He may guide you to be the light for His Glory not your own glory but His. I really hope everyone has a beautiful blessed weekend. May you all find peace in the chaos of this world. As always be the change you want to see in the world. Don’t be like everyone else, learn to be the light God made you to be, and shine in the darkness. ~Emma~

Silver Lining

I have been in such a bad mood. I have tried to get out of it unfortunately it’s been holding on to me. I went for my usual long walk with my sister to see if I could shake it. 2miles later still felt like crap. It does seem to happen around a certain time of the month which I am sure that ties into it. I try to be a positive force for others that might be going through the same but unfortunately even I can’t be that positive force all the time. I just wanted to share that even though I cannot be that positive force all the time there are people around me that try to be when they know I am not in a good place. So even though I am still in a very negative mood. I hope your day is filled with people that help you get into a better mind set. It’s not easy nothing in life is but never give up. Not every day is filled with sunshine and rainbows but each day of life is a new day to find hope and a silver lining. May your day be filled with both. ~Emma~
