Bring back shame!!!

What would you change about modern society?

I would make everyone stop sharing what their sexual pleasures are!!! I mean honestly there is absolutely no shame any more for people who walk around naked in front of children. It’s my biggest beef with the society we are living in. We have no shame and have allowed ourselves to be brainwashed into a state of fake tolerance. The only tolerance that exists right now is the tolerance from the ones trying to destroy our society. Because anyone that has morals or simply doesn’t want certain things to be before kids are considered to have some sort of phobia. It’s ridiculous and I am so over it. Can I watch House of the dragon without having two girl kiss absolutely not why because it’s now become the norm. No story needed just add two girl making out just because. I am up to the point I have sworn off all American tv from my list. I am watching C dramas, k dramas why because majority of it is clean. There is no kissing no naked people jumping around and the best part is the storyline. They actually have a reason for each character to be where they are. I have given up on exploring any tv from America. It’s absolutely shameful the writing in these shows. House of the Dragon was a waste of time don’t bother!!! I should have stuck to my first instinct and not even bother.

What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?

I talk to God a lot which brings me so much comfort. It might sound weird to many but having constant conversations with God just makes me happy.

Having a relationship with the Most High should never just be prayers. I don’t know how some just pray to Hod but never actually talk to Him. For me He is with me all the time so why not share my thoughts, my burdens, my issues, my insecurities, my happiness, why not share all of it.

It is said that the church is the bride of Christ. Well what would that make the Creator of universe, for me that makes Him everything. So if He is everything why wouldn’t I share all things with Him the good and the bad.

It is through my weakness that He shines, so that is the greatest comfort anyone can ever have.

To my sister

Today I got the chance to enjoy the day celebrating the birthday of my sister. She is extremely annoying and completely drives me insane at times. But without my sister I would be lost. I love her more than words can ever say. She is smart, beautiful and kindhearted. Though most times we stand on opposite sides of most things in life, she is the only one I have. So to my amazing sister I wish a wonderful birthday filled with many blessings. May God grant you many healthy years ahead with many wonderful blessings in the future. Love always, Emma

Describe your most memorable vacation.

I don’t have memories so it’s hard to say. I don’t actually remember and to compare them to what I have done recently wouldn’t be fair. So I would rather describe what my favorite getaway would be like.

Vacation time is the best spent relaxing. Not running around through a park or museum or anything like that. For me spending time doing nothing but enjoying time with family or outside is the best.

The last few days I have gotten to enjoy a mini vacation. I didn’t go anywhere fancy but waking up late was awesome. Sleeping late, drinking coffee on the porch, chatting with my mom and dad was absolutely divine.

That’s what I call a good vacation.

Have you ever had surgery? What for?

Oh yeah I have had so many. Let’s see I have had a face lift, lip fillers, boob lift, butt lift liposuction but who hasn’t right? Nah I haven’t had any of that stuff done.

We have all had surgeries, life before surgery and life after surgery. Too many to name but probably the most painful one was my back surgery.

Probably it was because even after the surgery I still have a lot of pain. I have just learned to make myself stronger and deal with it. I don’t depend on drugs to take the pain away. Sometimes one just has to learn to tolerate the pain. Once it has become part of you the pain doesn’t overwhelm you.

I am not giving advice on to deal with your pain, I am merely saying how I deal with pain. Like the saying goes what doesn’t kill you will only make you stronger.

It’s a big scary world out there filled with a lot of pain, hate, anger and just plain evil. You have to learn to be strong and better than that. You can do it my strength comes from God. I hope today you find your strength and don’t allow the world or aches and pains hold you down. Life is too short and beautiful to not embrace the beauty in life. Have a good one. ~Emma~

Always grateful

Waking up in the morning, listening to the fan above my head spin and the air conditioning sound cool my room. I turn to the window the sun is really bright today. Well it’s summer and we are going through a heatwave so I guess sunshine is expected. Today I lay in bed a little longer for only I got to sleep in my bed. No dogs to share the sheets with just me.

The day is starting for me and soon another little puppy angel will be gracing us with her love later in the day.

As I look at the fan spin on the ceiling I say Thank You God. Today is new day and thank you for waking me up.

It might seem like a silly task to do daily but for me being grateful even for just waking up starts me off in a good mood. No matter what lies ahead in the day I prepare myself with thank you for life.

It might be a good day and hard day but either way I am alive to go through it.

Make sure to take time today and be grateful for the day. Not everyone gets the chance to wake up. Not everyone gets the chance to actually get out of bed. Having the right mind set to tackle the day sets you up to overcome whatever obstacles you will face.

So wake up grateful and thank God. I hope you all have a beautiful blessed day.

How important is spirituality in your life?

My whole existence is God so it’s extremely important to me. I talk to many people that don’t believe in God. They have said to me, how can you believe in this fairy thing that there is no proof of? I guess I can say how can you believe we came from nothing but some random occurrence.

The truth is I will never understand how anyone can truly look at the beauty in the world and not believe in God.

When I was in college taking my anatomy & physiology class we studied the heart. I mean out of every single organ or even the body the heart is definitely the most interesting thing. How perfectly it filters the blood, how perfectly it beats, how each valve opens and closes in perfect timing.

How can one look at the heart and its perfection and not see Divine Power made that? How can you look at a baby take their first steps and not see how perfect God made us. We are not perfect due to sin but how perfectly made we are.

It’s not about spirituality as much as it is God living inside me. God living within my partner. God living in our household. How can it not be all about God when He is the one glues us to beauty in this world. He is the one that made us in His image.

Many may say, well we are gods that is the whole point of the story of the Bible. I can’t even comprehend that ignorance. For the truth is as simple as looking at how perfect a flower grows. Simply looking at the sun go down or the sun rising in the morning. Everywhere you look it’s like a master painting things into existence.

It’s not hard to see the beauty and I get life can be extremely hard. But that never takes away from how beautiful life truly is. The only ones that refuse to believe that God exist, are the ones that find every excuse to why God is mean, God isn’t fair, life isn’t fair, no where in the Bible does it say life is fair. No where in the Bible does it speak of all the wonderful things you will have by believing in God. On the contrary things will be harder believing in God. Because if God is good, Satan is Evil, who do you think wants to destroy you. Who you think gains the most every single time you stray from God?

Without darkness you will never appreciate the light. Without good you will never truly comprehend the evil. In order to view life it’s as simple as that.

My Moms laugh

Describe one of your favorite moments.

One of my favorite moments is definitely when I am laughing with my mom. I am talking about those moments when you are both laughing so hard your belly starts to hurt and feel like you are about to pee on yourself. She has such a good laugh and watching her laugh makes me light up. It’s one of the most beautiful moments you can share with your mother and I love it every single time. I am one of the lucky ones that gets to still enjoy that. I am incredibly grateful for that. God has truly blessed me with her.
