What does one do? – Random Thoughts
How to please people all around you without pleasing yourself? No matter the decision you make you will be wrong. There is no pleasing anyone. We live in society filled with narcissistic personalities. “The only factor is me and what I want and fk anyone who thinks differently.” Which I could understand but there is a flaw in that thinking. The people we love must always be taken into account when making decisions. It’s not just about me and what I want. We must learn to balance the selfish desire to do what we want and the desire to make the people we love happy. Both are constantly fighting for dominance but at the end only balancing both will bring you to the level of contentment one can only wish to have in this life. I would love to be selfish and think of just myself but an adult must always try to balance their own desires and the desires of the good of the ones around them. To be a kid again and selfish only seeing the moment now instead of five mins into the future. It does bring a sort of sadness to my heart. For we all give a lot for the ones we love without ever truly getting as much back. We can only hope that one day we will be rewarded for throwing our own selfish desires into the back trunk. I hope everyone has a beautiful day. Be grateful even for the small things that bring you pleasure. Many never even get to have that, but today walk with a smile knowing just like me you aren’t alone.
Taking time for myself
So went down south to Florida to visit family and vacation. Though it’s nice to visit family this vacation is for me. So I didn’t get a chance to up load my last podcast but I will be working on it when I get back. I have so many ideas as my sister and I will be breaking down GOT episodes. It should be fun since I have not read that series. It’s the fault of GRRM I can’t start something I know he hasn’t finished. On the other hand I am reading the Dune series and truly loving it. The complexity of the characters and the whole story is just truly amazing. I hope it is warm tomorrow I would really like to chill by the pool. But we shall see I hope you all have a wonderful night. Never forget you are never alone. ~Emma~

Sitting in bed in a lot of pain watching a Christmas movie with Lindsey Lohan and I absolutely love it. Falling for Christmas on Netflix. I don’t know if you have seen it but if you haven’t check it out. Sorry nit sorry for loving cheesy Christmas movies. 😘

Monday advice
Been busy running around like a chicken without a head. It’s all been messy and confusing and completely stressful. But I keep powering through. Its not easy and some days I want to quit. Yet here I am getting to bed at 3:01 in the morning because I hope to spread positive words to others starting their day. Life gets busy, time goes by, don’t forget to love each moment, to live in each moment and to be in the moment. Because you never know what tomorrow brings. People suck
It’s always remarkable to me how quickly people turn their back on you. You stand there looking out for them and it quickly becomes “I never asked you to.” Some things we learn over time. Some things we learn through nothing more than being told we cause “drama” by existing. Well I no longer care if you see me as drama. It used to be called loyalty but in a world with no true meaning of anything, I can understand why one sees as drama. The days of me sticking my neck out for others is done.
